Glauca G1, evolution of the Glauca model, is equipped with specific features designed specifically for the renowned GSG9 department, a special unit of the Bundespolizei, which has officially adopted it. The handle, in anticorodal anodized aluminum with tactical mud coloring, is equipped with a rear glass breaker in tungsten carbide. The clip is adjustable in three different positions (one of which is frontal). On the back there is a stainless steel knot untie that can be locked in the open position and a foldable rescue tool that allows the operator to make a quick emergency cut to free a potential injured person from their clothing. This second tool is also excellent for use as a belt cutter.

The blade locking system is the tried and tested LINER-LOCK to which is added a second safety mechanism to be activated manually. The drop-tip blade is made of Böhler N690 steel tempered to 58 HRC with the classic black Extrema Ratio MIL-C-13924 finish.
