The BP380CC is a single stack semi-automatic pistol chambered in .380 ACP. It was designed to be as compact as possible without compromising on features found on full-size handguns. While the pistol is only 24mm thick, it still features a full-sized grip, an oversized slide release, an ambidextrous magazine release, and a forward picatinny accessory rail.

The frame is made from high-impact polymer and houses a wide faced, striker fired DAO trigger. The re-set is short and quick with the pull weight being a respectable 4 lbs. The grip is well textured and ergonomically shaped for an optimal hold and includes stippled indentations above the trigger guard for ideal handling and operation. Moving onto the slide, it features a captured recoil spring for reduced recoil and deep cut serrations for ease of manipulation. The barrel is polygonal rifled for increased barrel life and easy of cleaning. Safety is ensured with an internal firing pin block and an internal trigger block, preventing accidental discharge from drops or shocks. Slide and barrel are tenifer coated.

The compact design lends favourably to those with smaller hands that find most handguns are too big for them, while those with larger hands can still comfortably shoot with a generous beavertail and oversized controls. The 380 caliber is a pleasure to shoot, offering more recoil then .22LR but significantly less than 9mm.
