Introducing the all-new HG-105 Compact, exclusively from Tactical Imports Corp. The HG-105C is a Compact version of the proven HG-105 12GA bullpup shotgun. The design features a shorter handguard and gas system, allowing for significant reductions in weight and volume from the front end of the shotgun. The HG-105C also features a quick-change barrel system, which allows swapping to an optional 12.6” (320mm) barrel, resulting in a configuration only 23” (585mm) in overall length (restricted).
The compact dimensions, versatility and lightweight platform make the HG-105C an ideal choice for a variety of uses, including sport shooting, trails, back-up/bug-out bags, hunting (2 round magazine optional) and more.
The HG-105C is a semi-auto gas-piston operated detachable magazine bullpup shotgun. It has a 12 Gauge 3” chamber with a 18.5” barrel. The bullpup configuration allows for a smaller overall length without a compromise in barrel length. This configuration results in a center/rear biased weight distribution, which reduces strain during long periods of use and increases transition speed in CQB and action shooting scenarios. The detachable magazine allows for easy and rapid reloading over conventional tube type systems. Magazine seating is straight insertion style, allowing for smooth and easy reloads.
It features a monolithic top picatinny rail, height adjustable check rest, and a bottom picatinny rail. Upper receiver is constructed from aluminum while the lower is polymer. Barrel fitted with interchangeable chokes. Economically priced $400 less than comparable alternatives on the Canadian market, with no compromises made in quality or design. Like all of the products imported by Tactical Imports, the HG-105C was thoroughly tested to ensure the utmost in reliability and durability, and is backed with a 2 year warranty.
Tracker Arms prides itself with the quality of materials, using 4140 steel for the bolt, bolt carrier, lock, and barrel with 303 steel for the piston and 6082 alloy for the handguard. Some other manufacturers of similar products use inferior 1040 steel and 6013 alloy in an attempt to cut costs, often at the expense of durability, reliability and safety.
